Lady Gaga becomes teary-eyed after ending Chromatica Ball Miami event.

Since abruptly cancelling the Miami stop of her Chromatica Ball tour due to inclement weather, Lady Gaga has apologised to her fans.

The 36-year-old pop star's Saturday night performance had to be cut short when a violent tropical storm rolled in.

The star of House of Gucci sent a two-and-a-half-minute video to Instagram in which she apologised to her fans, saying, "We really tried to finish the show tonight in Miami."

The singer of "Bad Romance" cried on camera as she addressed her 53.2 million Instagram followers.

She thanked the crowd for arriving and said they had tried their best to finish the show even though "there was lightning that was striking down to the earth so close to us" in Miami.

The Grammy-winning artist said she had to make the "responsible" call to end the performance to ensure everyone's safety.

"I don't know what I'd do if something happened to my audience, crew, band, or dancers," she said.

She stated jokingly, "So, I'm sorry that we didn't get to do the epic performance of Rain On Me in the rain."

Afterwards, the Star is Born star picked up the gorgeous red flowers a fan had thrown onto the platform and said she would "cherish them forever."

After posting the video, Gaga apologised again for cutting the event short during her performance in a separate post.

She added, "This was the greatest tour of my life and I will cherish this moment forever—it took a long time for me to heal, but I did," for the photo's caption.
