According to a report, Angelina Jolie claims that Brad Pitt choked one of their children.

Angelina Jolie has revealed new information about the abuse she and her children endured at the hands of her ex-husband, Brad Pitt. The 47-year-old actress claimed that Pitt, 58, hit and choked one of their children during a private jet ride in 2016, just five days before filing for divorce.

Angelina Jolie has revealed new information about the abuse she and her children endured at the hands of Brad Pitt, her ex-husband. On Tuesday, Jolie's legal team initiated litigation about the couple's dispute over their French winery.

It has been reported that five days before filing for divorce, the 47-year-old actress accused Pitt, 58, of hitting and choking both of their children on a private jet in 2016.

USA Today reports that the assault allegations surfaced shortly after the flight but that until recently, information surrounding the charges had been kept secret in divorce documents.

FBI and LA County Department of Children and Family Services found no reason to act against Pitt. Pitt was never arrested for the alleged plane incident.

Jolie's legal team says that following an argument at the couple's Chateau Miraval property in France, Pitt grabbed the actress by the head and shook her before shoving her into the toilet wall.

According to reports, Pitt "lunged at his child and Jolie pulled him from behind to stop him" after a child protected Jolie from Pitt's remarks.

After Jolie was injured in the back and elbow when Pitt "threw himself backward into the airplane seats," "that's what the suit is adding.

"Children ran in and bravely tried to shield one another. Pitt struck one of the kids in the face and choked the other. Children were begging Pitt to stop and he ignored their pleas. Each was scared. "The case remains ongoing," many wept.

Jolie reportedly claimed that Pitt spilled beer on her and red wine on the kids at separate times.

After deplaning, Pitt allegedly grabbed Jolie by the head and shoulders and physically attacked one of their children.
